We've never met, but I felt compelled to write and say thank you for all you did to make my bride Teresa, truly a wonder to behold on our wedding day last month. Of course, Teresa, is naturally stunning anyway, so I had no idea what to expect, but I swear there was an audible gasp from the congregation as she arrived at the west end of the Church. How on earth I kept it together to sing the hymn at the start of the service I shall never know. I would imagine that for most brides, the dress would be one of the major concerns. Just to say thank you for all the help you gave me in choosing my wedding gown. You had a great range of sizes and styles and it was nice to be in shop full of friendly staff. Not having to make an appointment either took some of the pressure off. I was worried about going making an appointment with a shop, and then not liking anything! With all the things to think about when getting married I was pleased that I didn't have to worry about my gown or the bridesmaids dresses. The Bridal Gallery went out of their way to make the preparations as stress-free as possible. The service throughout was excellent, and I would recommended you to anyone.

Our first contact with The Bridal Gallery was at the Wedding Show at the NEC in the Spring of 2004. At the time, Emily, my newly engaged daughter, one of her sisters and I were complete novices as regards organising weddings and we felt rather overwhelmed by it all. This was the first time Emily had looked at gowns. And the first stand that we looked at - The Bridal Gallery - had a large variety of styles to choose from and Emily was encouraged to take her time and look through them all. Emily immediately liked the look of one particular gown - Elspeth by Romantica of Devon. She was encouraged to try it on which she did with the help of one of the members of staff. She emerged from the changing room with a beam on her face. Other staff helped fix a veil and tiara. There was much friendly banter going on which really helped Emily feel at ease and enjoy the experience.
She wanted to purchase the gown there and then. I suggested she should look at the other bridal gown stands first which she did. But on many of these stands she found the staff tended to be a bit aloof and did not always listen to her ideas about the style of gown she wanted and often were quite pushy - she felt almost forced to try on gowns that she knew she didn't like. So we returned to the friendly faces at The Bridal Gallery.
Over the next year we made various trips over to Coventry and also purchased the Bridesmaid's dresses (by Hilary Morgan) from the Gallery. Assorted fittings were arranged as necessary and alterations made. A really special rapport was built up over the visits and Emily was always made to feel really special. We really appreciate The Bridal Gallery's contribution to making the purchase of the dresses so enjoyable and exciting and stress free! She looked radiant on her Wedding Day and wore the gown with style.

Having had several disastrous encounters at other bridal shops, I was delighted when I came into your shop and was met by friendly, helpful and un-pushy staff who really made me feel as if I was the only bride in the world. I really appreciated your advice on which style to choose, and the nice, tactful way you told me that something didn’t suit me!
Nothing was too much trouble and all my requests were granted. It was lovely to be able to co-ordinate bridesmaids, accessories and even cravats for my husband and the men in the wedding party.
I have several friends planning on getting married in the next year or so and have told them to come straight to The Bridal Gallery before they go anywhere else.

Even though I subsequently chose my perfect dress elsewhere, I just had to write to let you know that visiting your shop was one of the most enjoyable experiences I had whilst choosing my dress. Where would I be without The Bridal Gallery? Certainly without a Wedding Gown!
Despite only having popped in to look at veils, your friendly and sympathetic nature meant I ended up telling you of all the problems I was having with the shop I had bought my dress from. When these problems got worse, the first people I thought of, to help me out were you. Instead of trying to sell me another dress, which I’m sure some shops would have done, you encouraged me not to give up on my original choice of dress and reassured me that it would all be alright on the day.
I cannot express how much I appreciate all the alteration work you did, righting the wrongs that the other shop had done. How your alteration ladies did what they did, heaven only knows. If only I had come to you in the first place. Everyone should know about The Bridal Gallery before they go looking anywhere else. I wish I had.

Having only ordered my daughters dress last Saturday, I just wanted to drop you a note to say how much I, as Brides Mum, was impressed by how at ease you made myself and my daughter feel. I was extremely nervous, being a larger lady, that I would struggle to find a gown to fit me. As I told you, I’d had several dreadful experiences in other shops, who seemed to equate being larger with being a freak! You had a complete range of gowns for larger girls and I was spoilt for choice.
